Old business:

• The property at #9 Hedgewood Lane was discussed:
  - The bids are still coming in on the HVAC system (It has since been installed)
  - The house has been swept and cleaned, it looks very nice inside Thanks Carl!
  - Milton looked at the basement area so assess the need for more paint and mold removal
  - Carl has bought and installed the condensation system for the HVAC/humidifier
  - Carl has modified the lower bathroom ventalation system
  - The new thermostat has been installed
  - Steve will call for an inspection of the house for an ocupancy permit

• We went though the Task List and marked off what was done and prioritized the rest

• The Sod was installed and is being watered, Jeff is going to tidy it up when he has some time
