Director of Youth and Family Ministry
Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, a vibrant, youth-focused congregation in Manchester, Missouri, seeks a full-time Director of Youth and Family Ministry. We are a suburban church that attracts congregants from the greater St. Louis region with a heart for belonging, children, youth, and families, spiritual growth, and service. Good Shepherd seeks a candidate called to share their love of Christ with middle and high school youth, college students, and their families and help them to grow in, and live out, their own faith. The ideal candidate will bring energy, creativity, a grace-filled theology, and an appreciation of the realities and struggles of middle and high school students today. Good Shepherd is seeking a skilled accompanist for choirs, small groups, and soloists. Good Shepherd has a vibrant music ministry with multiples choirs and music ensembles.
